Social media users continue to grow by each minute. It takes a toll on our minds and it becomes difficult to imagine our life without it. In fact, the average amount of time a person spends on their phone is more than 3 hours each day. But with everything going on in the social media world, it seems to be the only escape amidst all the chaos. It gets difficult finding peace. Social media is helping us in ways we can’t even imagine. But it does come with its own drawbacks.

Even though your work may require you to be on social media, taking a day off from social media can declutter your mind. It plays a huge part in our life, it impacts every day of our living, hence it is good to take a break now and then.
